Sören Lukas Schirmer is a Producer and Photographer for classical Music. His work is interdisciplinary, his fields of work are linked by his professional background. Therefore he loves to holisticly supervise Productions such as CD Productions, media Portfolios of Artists, Orchestras or Concert Houses.
His portrait photographs adorn CD covers, numerous artist biographies and concert critics as well as model portfolios (MODELWERK, FAZE, MOST WANTED, ROTHMANN, MGM), have been featured in the China TIMES MAGAZINE and many other Newspapers; his expansive landscape shots have been printed, exhibited and distributed in oversized formats by the Kollektion Wiedemann since 2018. He partnered as a Photographer with the Agency Deutsche Klassik and regularly shoots at renown Concert Halls such as the Elbphilharmonie, the Laeiszhalle, the HCC Hannover, etc. and photographed Musicians such as Anne-Sophie Mutter, Jan Lisiecki, Lang Lang, Daniel Hope, Klaus Mäkelä, Sol Gabetta, Andris Nelsons, Martynas Levickis, Haiou Zhang and many more.
As a Producer he worked with Clients such as Amazon Prime, C. Bechstein, Ehrbaar Hall Vienna, Beijing Audio-Visual Publishing Co., Otto Bock HealthCare, KD Goette, Deutsche Klassik, Hänssler Classic, Berlin Classics, etc. with his own independent Production Studio SLS AUDIO PRODUCTIONS.
MUSIC. At the age of five he began to play the piano, at the age of seven cello, after a few years the organ was added; he quickly moved to the IFF of the HMTM Hannover under the supervision of Prof. Martin Brauß and became an early student, later a junior student. There he learns - in addition to his main subject cello - the basics of being creative and receives a multifaceted education in the areas of theory, composition, conducting and music history.
He studied Cello for a Bachelor of Music's degree at the HMTM Hannover under Prof. Tilmann Wick and Prof. Paolo Bonomini and, driven by ambition and art, implemented creative projects and commissions of all kinds at the same time in Germany and throughout Europe. Since his graduation he works Fulltime as a Photographer and Producer with his own independent Production Studio SLS AUDIO PRODUCTIONS while simultaneously composing Music for selected, Festival winning shortfilms.

Every human being is different and he fell in love with pushing the diversity of all facets of his models, musicians and clients to their limits, to show their character, changeability and manifest them in unique images. His photos can be found on CD Covers, Posters, Magazines, countless Artist Biographies and of course in the portfolios of several modeling agancies.
